Lymph Matters was established by Occupational Therapist Sandy Templeton in response to her oncology massage patients needs. Sandy is qualified in the cancer field and has completed rigorous training with Oncology Massage Training Limited and the ALERT group at Macquarie University for lymphoedema therapy. Lymph Matters offers service to both the Lymphedema community or anyone experiencing cancer or requiring complex lymphatic therapy (CLT).

Sandy has over 30 years expereince in “hands on” health including years as a remedial massage therapist before further training in occupational and finally lymphoedema therapy. She has strong links with the allied health community of Northern, Eastern and Inner West Suburbs of Sydney and has been delighted to have a strong association with the Physiocise ™ group and the Chris Obrien Lifehouse.

With more recent opportunities to specialise in cancer rehabilitation and research at the Chris Obrien Lifehouse, Sandy is working closely with people living life with cancer, in particular women going through breast cancer and people living with the complications of head and neck cancers. As part of a multi disciplinary Integrative Oncology and Complimentary Therapies Unit, the team at the Livingroom can offer a wide range of wholistic care including Sandy’s speciality of Lymphoedema Therapy and Oncology Massage.  Sandy lives in Sydney, is married to a fun guy and has 3 robust young adult boys and a miniature dachshund
