What to expect on your first visit.
When you visit us for the first time you will participate in a comprehensive initial assessment that may involve a posture analysis and questionnaire about your general health so we can determine the best course of massage for you.
The treatment sessions are usually 60, 90 or 120 minutes long and there is a 15 minute gap between each client so you have time to calmly get dressed and finalise payments and future bookings.
Most of our treatment sessions involve some degree of deep tissue work (aside from oncology massage therapy) but all sessions are geared to work at your pain levels.
