With her 25+ years experience as a health therapist, Sandy has an excellent appreciation of how posture and movement patterns can lead to muscle pain and weakness. She is able to effectively consult with your treating health professional to take into consideration any health concerns that may impact upon treatment so that immediate changes can be made to your experience of muscle pain, whether from injury, disease or age related changes.
